Advanced Technology Glazing

One of the most important features of a window is its glazing system. All Regency windows come standard with a warm edge spacer system which provides greater seal longevity and up to 100% warmer indoor glass temperatures. Consider upgrading to one of three energy efficient glazing systems. Low-E glazing is very effectuve in reducing heat transfer and will help save on heating and cooling costs.
  • Advanced Technology Glazing increases the R-value 200% over ordinary wood windows.
  • Polyurethane foam inserts increase the insulating value by 49%
  • Mechnanically fastened or fully welded frame and sash options available.
  • Both sash tilt in for easy cleaning.
  • Extra deep interlock at meeting rail has double weather stripping for a triple seal.
  • Access limit latches provide nighttime ventilation

Triple Glazing

This top of the line glazing system utilizes Low-E coating on both pieces of glass for increased UV protection and more resistance to heat transfer. In addition, Triple glazed windows use Krypton gas between the glass making it even more difficult for warm or cold air to pass through.
